Rupert's Landing Mission Statement

We, the Owners of Ruperts Landing, are committed to preserving and enhancing the value and quality of life for all Unit Owners and Residents of Ruperts Landing.  To accomplish this, we will strive to provide a secure investment for Owners and a safe, friendly environment, with a variety of recreational options, organized and managed in an efficient and effective manner. 

Our Commitment is to:

• Preserve and enhance Ruperts Landing as a desirable place to live and a place where property values are preserved and enhanced.
• Preserve and enhance the quality of life at Ruperts Landing.
• Establish a communication process that facilitates the flow of information, instructions, questions and concerns between appropriate parties.
• Establish effective procedures for dealing with municipal and other outside authorities, as well as with other recreational condominium developments in Collingwood for matters of common concern.
• Ensure the unit owners are made aware of proposed special projects or additional facilities before commitments are made and that they have adequate opportunities to express their views.
• Have clearly defined, efficient and effective lines of responsibility and accountability among Owners, Property Management, Maintenance, Recreation Staff and an effectively functioning Shared Facilities Committee.
